Q-LS System

QuestMath uses a proprietary system (Q-LS) to analyse every student’s strengths and learning needs. It tracks scores, completion time and other qualitative inputs for every session, and benchmarks the child’s performance with peers.

Instructor use this in-depth analysis to set goals and create the best learning plan for the student.

Understanding the Student

Understanding the child begins at enrollment, with an in-depth assessment and counselling session. This helps us identify the right starting point for the child in the QuestMath curriculum.

Setting Right Goals

QuestMath challenges, motivates and focuses a student continuously by setting the right stretch goals.

Goals are set and agreed with the student for each session, and for the month. In addition, a 3-month learning trajectory is provided to the parent and the student benefit of this.

1x1 Approach

Every student is assigned a lead QuestMath instructor who takes complete responsibility for the student’s progress.

She provides 1x1 support and helps the student overcome any learning obstacles. She also acts as a mentor who encourages and motivates the student and nurture them into confident and independent learners.

Continuous Feedback

QuestMath involves the parent fully in the child’s learning.

Feedback is provided in two ways. (i) after every session and, (ii) at the monthly PU (Parent Update) meeting.
